Donation Report
Regarding the Tohoku earthquake and Tsunami which occured in eastern Japan on March 11th, although we, Oh-Ami Inc, were hardly phycially affected here in Tokyo, the damages in the northeastern Pacific coastal areas of Japan is even more catastrophic, as many of you already know.
For disaster assistance, we have decided to donate one million JPY to Japanese Red Cross Society.
We are also gathering extra funds from within employees at Oh-Ami Inc. and will transfer it to the Red Cross together with the one million JPY.
Once again, we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the victims fo the disaster, and sincerely pray for the reconstruction of the affected areas as soon as possible.
Oh-ami Inc.(AmiAmi)
Mail Blockage Resolution and Domains with Continuing Issues
Dear Customers,
We have resolved the difficulties with most major mail providers. To the best of our knowledge, accounts located on these servers (which previously had blockages) should now be fine:
- MSN Network (Hotmail, MSN, Live)
- Yahoo! (all countries/roots)
- AOL
We are, however, still having problems with all Accounts in the AT&T Group. Affected domains include:
@att.net
@bellsouth.net
@pacbell.net
@sbcglobal.net
@ameritech.net
@swbell.net
@prodigy.net
(there may be other providers with problems, however with these providers almost all mail is returned to us)
If your account is registered to any of the above mail domains, there is a good chance that AmiAmi will not be able to communicate with you. Please contact us with an alternate address and we can update your outstanding orders to that address. If you currently do not have an alternate address, please consider creating one to use for AmiAmi communications. Gmail seems to have the least problems, however Yahoo, Hotmail and MSN are also generally problem-free.
If you are registered on another domain and were expecting e-mail from AmiAmi but have yet to receive it, first please check your Spam Folder or Junk Mail box. If you find any messages from AmiAmi in those areas, please either select the Not Spam button or simply move them to your Inbox. This will help our mails to reach you more smoothly from this point forward.
If you have not received any communication from us please send an inquiry to e_support@amiami.com and we will do our best to update you to your current account status.
We apologize for this inconvenience and for any worry caused. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation in helping us improve our system of communication.
