About "AmiAmi English Site"
This site is English version of the Japanese biggest internet figure shop "AmiAmi".
It is both for domestic English speakers and for international customers.
Please note that most of our commodities are in principle manufactured for the Japanese domestic market.
Some items are strictly for sale and use in Japan only.
If your order happens to include one(s) that cannot be sold overseas, the sale will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified.

If you order preorder or backorder items, we will request only after all items in an order are instock.
Conditions for Combined Shipping
Combined shipping of multiple items is possible as long as your ordered items are either
1) all already-in-stock items
or
2) all pre-order items to be released in the same month.
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, or several pre-order items whose release dates are scattered in different months, the order will be divided and quoted/shipped respectively.
- Conversely, more items can be added to your existing order, as long as your ordered items meet the conditions above. We will combine orders together as applicable.

Shipping Method
*International shipping
EMS (Express Mail Service)and SAL Registered.
Once your order is sent, it will be usually delivered to you in 3 to 6 days via EMS.
Now you can choose "EMS" and "SAL Registered Small Packet"as your shipping method.
But we strongly recommend to use EMS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
EMS usually delivers in about 3-6 days worldwide, online tracking is available, and insurance of up to 20,000yen is included with no extra charges.
"SAL Regsitered Small Packet"is cheaper than EMS, but has some problems.
If you wish SAL Registered shipping, please write "Request for SAL Registered shipping if possible" when you order.

To be informed after weighing or estimating your order items based on Japanese EMS/SAL shipping rates.
Some apprximate estimates of EMS fees are as follows:
Small size poseable figure - around 1,500yen ~ 2,000yen, for USA
1/8 - 1/6 PVC Figure - around 2,000yen ~ 3,600yen, for USA
(Expect about 15 percent less for Asia, the same for Oceania, about 15 percent more for Europe. )
Of course we offer discount rates for combined shipping, however!
